While retaining the leadership of Lou and Ric Galarneau, the coming of Josh Galarneau, with his extensive experience in commercial design and construction, has added new skills and dimensions to our company.  We have always been involved in light commercial construction — for example, we include about a dozen dental offices on our list of satisfied clients— but we now envision doing even more and on a larger scale.  Indeed, at present we are building a 12,000 square-foot medical facility near our own offices on Maple Avenue.

At the same time we are continuing to build new homes in “spot” lots and rebuild homes in several locations.

In the near future we hope to announce the start of one and possibly two new home sub-divisions, one for homes in the $280,000 to $400,000 range and another for homes starting above $400,000.  Watch this space for more information!
