Building the perfect home begins with finding the ideal lot.  Maybe you already own it or think you have found it.  We will provide you a free site evaluation.  This means we will point out any problems (obstacles, soil conditions, water drainage and others), and envision how your house can best be located on the site.

If you have no lot in mind, we will help you find one. Do you want rural, suburban or city? Do you want lots of space for privacy, gardening, entertaining or other activities or an easily managed small lot?  Is distance from where you work or conduct activities important? Are good schools critical?  If the lot that meets all your criteria is available we will locate it.
