Galarneau’s Builders continues to expand their extensive experience in commercial design and new home construction under the leadership of Lou and Ric Galarneau. We have always been involved in light commercial construction — for example, we include about a dozen dental offices on our list of satisfied clients — but we now envision doing even more and on a larger scale. Indeed, at present, we are building a 12,000-square-foot medical facility near our own offices on Maple Avenue. At the same time, we are continuing to build new homes in “spot” lots and rebuild homes in several locations. In the near future, we hope to announce the start of one and possibly two new home sub-divisions, one for homes in the $280,000 to $400,000 range and another for homes starting above $400,000.
