With a satisfactory proposal in hand, you will be asked to sign a contractual agreement before construction begins. Upon your acceptance of the agreement, you will be guided in “making” final selections, such as: flooring and ceiling fixtures; cabinetry and plumbing fixtures; tile and paint; and more based on your allowances as stated in the proposal.
